About the Conference
The 2018 ACF National Conference will be held June 9 - 12 at The Omni Grove Park Inn in Asheville, North Carolina. With 4 pre-conference classes, an amazing technical session lineup, and fully loaded field tour, the 2018 ACF National Conference is a must for owners, managers and employees seeking new skills in managing and running a successful forestry consulting business.
Registration Information
Forester/Exhibitor Registration - Once you are logged in, click on the registration tab above, then click the brown box labeled "Register Myself." After the screen re-loads, click on the circle for "Forester Registration." Next, look through the "Optional Events Itinerary" and add any events you wish to attend. To learn more about an event, just click on the title. After you have selected all of your optional events, if you are attending the conference by yourself, click "Proceed to Checkout." If you are attending the conference with a guest or guests, please follow the Guest Registration instructions.
Guest/Child Registration - Guests
MUST be registered with a Forester Registration. Select "Register Someone Else"
AFTER completing your itinerary to add each guest to your cart for registration. If your guests wish to attend any of the optional events, follow the same instructions as above. Register all guests when registering yourself to pay for all registrations with one payment.
Registration Types
Forester - $475 ($525 after May 9)
Includes: ACF Business Meeting, President's Buffet, Monday Breakfast, Sunday and Monday Breaks, Technical Session and Awards Luncheon, Trade Show and Silent Auction, Exhibitors' Reception, and ACF Gift. Field Tour and Closing Reception are not included in cost and may be added during registration.
Guest - $375 ($425 after May 9)
Includes: President's Buffet, Monday Breakfast, Guest Tour and Lunch on Monday, Trade Show and Silent Auction, Exhibitors' Reception, and ACF Gift. Field Tour and Closing Reception are not included in cost and may be added during registration.
Child (Ages 12 and Under) - $150 ($175 after May 9)
Includes: President's Buffet, Monday Breakfast, Exhibitors' Reception, and Closing Party. Due to high costs, any child wishing to attend the guest tour needs to register as a guest.
Exhibitor - $795 ($845 after May 9)
Includes: Exhibitor Space, Electricity, Wireless Internet in Exhibit Hall, Sunday and Monday Breaks, President's Buffet, Monday Breakfast, Awards Luncheon, Technical Session, and Attendee List (provided on site). Field Tour and Closing Party are not included in cost and may be added during registration.
