Event Health & Safety Information
While participating in events held, hosted, or sponsored by the Association of Consulting Foresters of America, Inc., (ACF), attendees are encouraged to follow appropriate safety protocols to reduce the risk to themselves and others of being exposed to and of contracting infectious diseases, such as COVID-19. Those with symptoms of, a positive test for, or direct exposure to someone with COVID are asked not to attend in-person ACF events. Neither proof of COVID-19 vaccination nor negative COVID-19 test is required to attend ACF events at this time. - You knowingly and freely assume all such risks related to illness and infectious diseases, such as COVID-19, and are deemed to have given a full release of liability to ACF and its affiliated partners and sponsors, including in each case, without limitation, their directors, officers, employees, volunteers, and agents (Released Parties), even if arising from the negligence or fault of the Released Parties.
- You will comply with all applicable infectious disease related federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and guidance, including but not limited to, the specific local infectious disease regulations and any other protocols that may be implemented by ACF or the event venue and that ACF reserves the right to modify attendance requirements at its sole discretion at any time and registrants will be informed of any changes as they may occur.
