Refunds & Cancellation Policy
Registration will not be completed until paid. You may mail this form with an enclosed check, register online, or call the ACF national office with payment information. Refunds for cancellations must be requested in writing.
Cancellations ON or BEFORE May 3rd, 2024 will be refunded in full. For cancellations made between May 4th - June 7th, a charge of 50% of your total registration fee will be deducted.
After June 7th, 2024, no refunds will be made on cancellations. Registrations after June 7th must receive ACF staff approval and are of subject to a 10% late registration fee.
